Ticketjoy helps organisations manage bookings, tickets, payments and communications around time slots. This policy explains what data we process and how we handle it.

What data we process
We process data that is necessary to handle a booking, such as name, email, phone number, booking details, ticket information, payment status and invoice details when provided. For staff of organisations using Ticketjoy, we process account and role data required for portal access.
Why we process it
To deliver a booking or ticket, to handle payments, to communicate about your visit, and to comply with legal obligations such as bookkeeping and fraud prevention.
Sharing with third parties
We share data with service providers needed to deliver the service — such as payment providers, email and hosting partners — under processor agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We do not keep data longer than necessary for booking, bookkeeping, security and legal obligations. Organisations using Ticketjoy may apply additional retention periods for their own records.
Security
Ticketjoy is EU-hosted, with encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups, isolated environments, and access on a need-to-know basis.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. Contact the organisation where you made your booking, or Ticketjoy when your question is about this platform itself.
